Online spiritual grief therapy for BIPOC Millennial Women in California.
I help BIPOC millennial women navigate grief and move out of hopelessness and finally stop feeling like they have to push through.
I do this by using psychospiritual evidence- based grief counseling.
Meet your BIPOC Therapist
Hi, I’m Amber and I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC). I’m a therapist with seven years of clinical experience and an evidential medium with fifteen years of development and practice. I help BIPOC millennial women move through grief by integrating spirituality with therapy, so you can shift out of survival mode and into a life that actually feels like yours again. Most clients find me when they’re exhausted from “being strong,” overwhelmed by loss, and tired of showing up for everyone else while feeling disconnected inside. And for many, traditional therapy hasn’t felt culturally aligned or spiritually supportive enough to meet them where they are.
What you want is real relief. You want clarity, peace, and a space where you don’t have to explain your culture, your grief, or your spiritual experiences. My work blends evidence-based therapy with spiritual insight through a decolonized lens, creating room for you to breathe again, reconnect with your intuition, and rebuild a life that feels meaningful and grounded. Together, we focus on honoring your emotions, your identity, and your lived experience without rushing the process or forcing healing to look a certain way.
In addition to being a clinician I am deeply spiritual and offer spiritual services including mediumship, spiritual guidance, and intuitive support. Look under services for more all services provided.
“Amber is a warm, mindful therapist I know through our therapy community. She’s especially skilled at supporting BIPOC women through grief, anxiety, and life transitions with presence, depth, and compassion. Highly recommend her!”
If you’re here, you’re seeking grief therapy that honors both emotional pain and spiritual depth.
Psychospiritual work means we address grief as a whole-person experience: mind, body, nervous system, identity, and soul. My approach is trauma-informed and evidence-based, with spirituality integrated as a grounding and meaning-making resource.
Spiritual integration includes reflection, mindfulness, symbolic ritual, cultural and/or ancestral acknowledgment, and guided imagery. This work will always be collaborative and aligned with your values. There is no spiritual bypassing and no rushing grief. Mediumship is not part of therapy, although it is an identified healing modality.
This work is for those who understand grief as layered and are seeking therapy that allows the full self to be present so you can tend to your loss with care and navigate your grief with Spirit.
