Spiritual Counseling: Is This For You?

This work may be supportive for you if you’re seeking grounded spiritual guidance that is thoughtful, structured, and rooted in discernment not intuition-only or uncontained spiritual advice.

You may be a good fit for spiritual counseling if you:

  • Are navigating grief, life transitions, or identity shifts and want to explore their spiritual meaning

  • Have intuitive or spiritual experiences you want to understand in a grounded, reflective way

  • Are curious about spiritual or metaphysical frameworks without bypassing emotional reality

  • Want support that encourages self-trust and discernment rather than dependence on external guidance

  • Value ethical boundaries, consent, and autonomy in spiritual spaces

My approach to spiritual counseling is informed by both lived spiritual experience and formal metaphysical education. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Metaphysics from the University of Metaphysics, maintain ministry status, and continue advanced doctoral-level study in spiritual counseling, consciousness, and spiritual development.

This training supports a counseling style that is intentional, ethical, and structured, allowing space for spiritual inquiry while remaining grounded in reflection, responsibility, and integration.

Spiritual counseling with me may include:

  • Exploring the spiritual dimensions of grief and major life transitions

  • Making sense of intuitive experiences without over-identifying with them

  • Identifying patterns through spiritual and metaphysical lenses

  • Strengthening discernment and inner authority

  • Holding spiritual exploration with care, respect, and personal agency

Spiritual counseling is non-clinical and offered separately from therapy. It is supportive and exploratory in nature, not diagnostic or treatment-based.

I work with individuals worldwide.
