8-WEEK PSYCHOSPIRITUAL GRIEF GROUP
Who Am I Now?
Healing identity loss through grief.
You've done the grief work. You've cried, you've shown up, you've kept moving.
But something keeps catching you off guard: You don't recognize yourself anymore.
The roles you held, the relationships that defined you, the version of yourself you knew intimately — grief didn't just take someone from you. It took a piece of who you were.
Nobody talks about that part.
This is for you if...
• You've experienced a significant loss whether it be a person, a relationship, a role, a way of life and you feel like a stranger in your own story
• You're doing "okay" on the outside but internally feel unmoored, rootless, or like you're living someone else's life
• You're drawn to both the clinical and the spiritual and you want to understand your grief AND feel held by something larger
• You're ready to stop managing your grief and start integrating it
• You crave community with others who speak the same language of loss
What is Who Am I Now?
This is an intimate 8-week psychospiritual grief group for people navigating the identity rupture that loss creates.
It is clinical and it is sacred. It draws from grief therapy, somatic work, mediumship, and ancestral wisdom. It holds you with rigor and tenderness in equal measure.
Over eight weeks, you will:
• Name and grieve the self you lost, not just the person or the relationship
• Understand the somatic ways grief lives in your body and begin to release it
• Connect with the continued presence of your loved ones through spiritual practice
• Reclaim your spiritual authority in grief, essentially your right to grieve the way your soul knows how
• Begin to author who you are becoming, without erasing who you were
